In conjunction with Germantown Academy's new Green Campus and their 2011-2012 theme of Sustainability, Constructing the Wissahickon is built from salvaged materials from Germantown Academy's own construction site. The installation represents the watershed of the Wissahickon River, a river that runs through GA's campus.
